RTWPB Caraga organized a webinar on Work Ethics of a Productive Worker to students of Southway College of Technology on October 07, 2020 via Zoom. Board Secretary Earl dela Victoria emphasized the importance of productivity at work and discussed the values of a productive worker. Topics covered are work values, ways on how to demonstrate productive work values to increase productivity at work, and the basic steps on how to blend into a company culture.

The webinar served as an advocacy strategy to support DOLE wage subsidy programs, JobStart Philippines, Special Program for Employment of Students (SPES), DOLE Youth Camp and National Occupational Safety and Health for newly graduated nurses.
