RTWPB-I conducted productivity and 7S of Good Housekeeping trainings for six micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) assisted by the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) at San Fernando City, La Union on 17 June 2025. 

 The series of training aims to improve the capacity of MSMEs by integrating science, technology and innovation into their production process and operational productivity. 

 RTWPB-I Board Secretary Atty. Romina Boado-Cabrillos discussed the importance of productivity in the workplace, noting its direct impact on an enterprise’s success.  

 Meanwhile, Ms. Virginia Imelda Salvador of RTWPB-I introduced a systematized approach for optimizing the physical workspace by identifying essential items, organizing and maintaining cleanliness, and establishing routines to sustain order and ultimately improving efficiency, productivity, and worker safety.  

 Participants engaged in an action planning session where they identified key strategies and next steps to apply the knowledge and skills gained from the training to their respective enterprises. 

 The six MSMEs also received business equipment from the DOST.
