RTWPB-I conducted a training on “Improving Productivity through Inventory Management” for 28 micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMES) in San Fernando City, La Union on August 28, 2025. 

Mr. Dino Dizon of RTWPB-I discussed the importance of inventory, stressing that “no inventory means no business.”  

“This helps MSMEs work smarter and safer and prepares them for future challenges while improving their workplaces today,” Mr. Dizon said. 

Participants actively engaged in the discussions and action planning, identifying inventory tools and techniques to implement in their businesses to improve efficiency and productivity.
