RTWPB-I, in collaboration with the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration – Regional Office I (OWWA RO I), conducted a Training on Productive Entrepreneurship with Basic Business Planning for the members of the Maipit OFW Members Association on 30 January 2026 in Cervantes, Ilocos Sur.
The training was intended to equip members of the association with essential entrepreneurial knowledge and practical skills on identifying viable business ideas, understanding basic market analysis and estimating costs and revenues.
Mr. Dino Dizon of RTWPB-I emphasized the importance of productivity and planning for business sustainability.
“A well-prepared business plan serves a a blueprint of business success,” he said.
The members of the association were also guided to draft a business plan, a key component in the grant availment under the Tulong Puso Program, which supports sustainable livelihood projects for OFWs. (Dino S. Dizon)
