Focal persons from RTWPB-IX and the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) IX successfully completed the three-day Baseline Assessment on Digital Transformation for Program Managers and Implementers, held from August 26 to 28, 2025, at the Asian Institute of Management Campus in Makati City.
The program was designed to establish baseline measures for the digital transformation of MSMEs and to provide program managers and implementers with practical and innovative strategies for digitalization.
Throughout the sessions, participants were appraised of the importance of digital transformation for MSMEs, the risks that can be addressed through cybersecurity and compliance with data privacy regulations, and the essentials of tailoring business models for digital success. The training also covered results-based monitoring and evaluation, as well as mentorship strategies to support MSMEs in their digital journey.
