RTWPB IX joins the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) in the “Dia de Amor Trabaho, Negosyo at Kasanayan Job Fair” held at the Barangay Talisayan in Zamboanga Economic Zone and Freeport Authority on February 13, 2021.

At least 12 local employers, mostly from the fishing, canning, wholesale and retail industries joined the job fair.

For its part, the Regional Board coordinated with D’Biel Transportation Company to provide five (5) buses that will travel from downtown to the job fair in Zamboanga Ecozone and vice versa.

Additionally, the RTWPB Secretariat provided the latest Wage Order to the applicants to acquaint them of the minimum wage in the Region.
