LILOY, ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE – The RTWPB-IX, in coordination with the Department of Labor and Employment – Zamboanga del Norte Field Office (DOLE-ZDNFO), conducted the ISTIV Bayanihan Training to micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) on 5 September 2025 in the Municipality of Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte.

The training was attended by over 40 representatives from various MSMEs in Liloy who are beneficiaries of the DOLE Technical and Advisory Visit (TAV) Program.

RTWPB-IX Board Secretary Joel M. Ijirani presented an overview of the different programs and services of the board. Senior Labor and Employment Officer Engr. Erra Jelle L. Gracia facilitated the ISITV Bayanihan training session which includes discussion on productivity, marketing, organization, stock control, and bookkeeping.

ISTIV Bayanihan is one of the productivity trainings offered under the Productivity Toolbox that aims to enhance the management practices of micro enterprises including Barangay Micro Business Enterprises (BMBEs) to foster their growth.

Mr. Francis A. Hatab, head of DOLE ZDNFO Liloy Satellite Office, delivered his message of support and gratitude to the participants for their continuous participation to different DOLE programs and RTWPB productivity trainings. (Hannah Rose L. Segovia)
