Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board – National Capital Region (RTWPB-NCR) provided ISTIV-Bayanihan Training to 47 PHINMA Foundation members and employees on August 24, 2020 thru an online session. Done in collaboration with the National Wages and Productivity Commission (NWPC), its primary intent was to proactively capacitate enterprises severely affected by the COVID19 pandemic i.e. revenue loss, retrenchments, and business closures among others.

ISTIV Bayanihan is a training program and networking intervention for Barangay Micro Business enterprises/Micro Enterprises that supports their growth by enhancing the entrepreneurs’ way of managing the enterprises. As re-entry program, participants are expected to develop and submit action plans based on concepts and ideas learned from the training. Said productivity training program is part of the “Productivity Toolbox”.
