RTWPB NCR conducted Lean Management training on June 27, 2019 at the NWPC Conference Room, Manila. It was participated by 28 participants from 18 establishments.

This training program aims to provide participants with basic knowledge on systematic waste elimination waste in all aspects of any process or operation without sacrificing the quality of products.
