Meanwhile, a webinar on Work-Life Balance in the time of COVID-19 was conducted on October 14, 2020 via Zoom, designed to understand the factors for an effective work-life balance and the importance of labor and management partnership for a successful WLB program. Topics covered were how to achieve work-life balance, work from home hacks, on-line security tips, and employee engagement while working from home.
