Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board – National Capital Region (RTWPB-NCR) oriented the Barangay Officials of the City of Valenzuela on Republic Act 10361, otherwise known as “Batas Kasambahay” on November 15, 2019 at the Valenzuela Trade Center.

Organized by the city’s Worker’s Affairs Office (WAO) through its Barangay Labor Education Committee (BLEC), the activity aimed to capacitate barangay officials on their respective functions and duties under the said law relative to other local regulations and labor/employment related issuances.
