RTWPB-NCR was recognized by the Government Financial Management Innovators Circle (GFMIC), Inc. for its excellence in the utilization of the enhanced electronic New Government Accounting System (eNGAS) and the electronic Budget System (eBudget). 

The “Outstanding eNGAS and eBudget System User Entity Award” was given in grateful recognition of the Board’s remarkable use of the eNGAS and eBudget System, which facilitated the submission of CY 2024 year-end financial statements, budget, and other reports, free of material errors related to the eNGAS and eBudget System implementation, on or before the due date prescribed by the Commission on Audit.  

The award was presented during GFMIC’s 16th Annual National Convention (ANC) and 2025 Membership Conference (MC), held on September 23–26, 2025, at The Bohol Tropics Resort in Tagbilaran City, Bohol.  

Ms. Jackilyn G. Borja, RTWPB-NCR Budget Officer Designate, together with Ms. Froi Angelique E. Romance, RTWPB-NCR Accountant Designate, accepted the honor on behalf of the office. The award highlights RTWPB-NCR’s commitment to its core values through its excellent use of existing innovations to deliver quality, timely, and human-centric services to its clients.
