RTWPB-VIII’s Productivity Olympics regional winners and Productivity Toolbox beneficiaries join the 3rd batch of Digital Transformation Development Program for MSMEs

The RTWPB-VIII’s Productivity Olympics regional winners and Productivity Toolbox beneficiaries participated in the 3rd Batch of the Digital Transformation Development Program for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) held at the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) in Makati City from September 29 to October 3, 2025.

Representing Eastern Visayas, present were Weaves and Bows Bags and Accessories Shop, Bibar’s Farm, Baybay Dairy Cooperative, Alto Peak Agriventures Corporation, Mary’s Abuyog Spesyal Tsokoleyt Moron, atbp., and Bontoc Multipurpose Cooperative. These enterprises were recognized for their outstanding productivity and innovation efforts in the region.

The five-day program aims to equip MSMEs with the tools, knowledge, and strategies needed to embrace digital innovation, enhance productivity, and remain competitive in today’s rapidly evolving business environment.

Since the program started in September 2025, the Digital Transformation Development Program has benefited 200 management and employee representatives from 100 MSMEs nationwide, underscoring the strong partnership between AIM, DOLE, BLE, NWPC, and RTWPBs in promoting enterprise productivity and resilience.

The training provided participants with a comprehensive understanding of digital tools and strategies to improve workflow efficiency, enhance product quality, and ensure business sustainability in the digital economy. (Joben S. Sabay)
