The RTWPB-X, in collaboration with officials of Barangay Lumbia in Cagayan De Oro City, conducted a Productivity Toolbox Training on the 7S of Good Housekeeping for 30 micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and local government representatives on August 15, 2025 in the same city.
The training aimed to equip MSMEs with essential skills to improve their productivity and competitiveness, aligning with the LGU’s “Paglambo, Lumbia!” project to advance MSME development.
To enhance their productivity, the 7S of Good Housekeeping methodology was introduced, focusing on workplace organization, standardization, and sustainability to enhance productivity.
The training incorporated interactive activities, led by Ms. Loudette Mae Aleli G. Uy, Administrative Assistant I of RTWPB-10, to emphasize the importance of a well-organized workspace.
Barangay Kagawad Ms. Shella T. Ramos, representing Barangay Captain Alexander V. Torralba, expressed support for the initiative, highlighting its role in the “Paglambo, Lumbia!” project.
This partnership between RTWPB-X and the Barangay Lumbia demonstrates a strong commitment to fostering a productive business environment and promoting economic growth in the region.
