Davao City, Philippines – RTWPB-XI conducted Productivity Enhancement Program to 27 informal workers in Davao City on 13 June 2025. 

The whole day discussion was divided into two parts — productivity and a brief rundown of the 7S of Good Housekeeping, discussed by Mr. Kenneth Paul Recaña, and basic stock control, bookkeeping techniques, and business ethics, discussed by Ms. Xena Blanch D. Rudi. 

Participants were instructed to create an action plan for their respective businesses. 

The Productivity Enhancement Program was conducted in celebration of the Informal Sector Day 2025 with the theme: “Manggagawang Pilipino, Kaagapay sa Pag-unlad, Sandigan ng Mas Matatag na Bagong Pilipinas.” DOLE-XI Davao City Field Office invited various agencies to provide technical learning sessions to informal workers in Davao City. 

This activity affirms RTWPB-XI’s dedication to providing technical assistance to all micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMes) in terms of increasing their productivity levels. (Kenneth Paul J. Recaña)
