Midsayap, North Cotabato — As part of Southern Christian College’s commitment to workplace excellence, 80 faculty and staff participated in a productivity learning session titled “7S: A Tool for Workplace Safety and Productivity” on 16 July 2025 at the SCC Fellowship Center. 

The session was facilitated by RTWPB-XII, with Mr. Randy Oliver M. Legada and Ms. Karen Mae C. Arellano serving as resource speakers. They walked participants through the key principles of the 7S system — Sort, Systematize, Sweep, Standardize, Safety, Self-discipline, and Sustain — highlighting how each element plays a vital role in building organized, safe, and efficient work environments. 

“This session is more than just workplace housekeeping. It’s about shaping a culture of discipline and improvement in the academic setting,” said Mr. Legada. 

Organized in coordination with the DOLE XII Cotabato Field Office, the initiative formed part of SCC’s onboarding program for its employees, reinforcing the school’s strong advocacy for quality, productivity, and safety.
