RTWPB-XIII Board Secretary Earl D. Dela Victoria served as resource speaker for the graduate students of Northern Mindanao Colleges Inc, in a webinar on Work Ethics of a Productive Worker, last February 24, 2022 via Zoom. It was attended by a total of 265 students in Zoom & Facebook Live.

The module on Work Ethics of a Productive Worker discussed the importance of productivity at work and the values of a productive worker. Topics covered also include work values, ways on how to demonstrate productive work, values to increase productivity at work, and basic steps on how to blend into a company culture.
