Board Secretary Jessie M. Dela Cruz guested in the Philippine Information Agency XII’s e-Kapihan program held on February 14, 2022 via Google Meet application. With him were Ms. Aida Agan and Mr. Oliver Rivera of PIA 12 who served as the interviewees and moderators.

BS Dela Cruz discussed the salient provisions of RA 6727 or the Wage Rationalization Act. His talk focused on the creation of the National Wages and Productivity Commission (NWPC) and the Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Boards, its mandates and functions, and some operational guidelines under which the office operates. He also explained the prevailing minimum wage order and its application and discussed other wage related issues that were asked from him. BS Dela Cruz also talked about the different productivity and quality training programs available to MSMEs.

The program has been broadcasted in ten radio stations in the SOCCSKSARGEN region and through the other six social media accounts of PIA XII.
