Seventy six (76) employers and workers representing 37 micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) from South Cotabato participated in the Orientation Seminar on LHP, Productivty-Based Incentive Schemes (PBIS), and Employees Compensation Program (ECP) at the Viajera Dine and Café in Koronadal City on January 30, 2018.

RTWPB-XII, headed by its Board Secretary Jessie M. Dela Cruz lectured on basic productivity concepts, tools/technologies and measurements and in developing productivity based incentive schemes. Joining the Board were resource persons from the DOLE-Regional Office and the ECC who discussed the LHP and the employees compensation program, respectively.
