The RTWPB-I facilitated Work Ethics of a Productive Worker training to 38 participants in San Fernando, La Union on September 11, 2025. 

Ms. Fredilyn M. Alag, conducted the training session and discussed the work ethics essential for the jobseekers to prepare them with the necessary skills and attitude to effectively blend into their potential company culture. 

The attendees were encouraged to believe in their self and their ability to learn and adapt. 

Ms. Alag further emphasized that the key to landing that role isn’t just about having the right technical skills, it’s also about having the right attitude and preparing to thrive in a new company culture. (Judi Khenn C. Faustino-Mojica)
