Zamboanga firm shines at 2025 Productivity Olympics selection of national winners

Vintazk Business Support Services Inc., the sole national finalist from Region IX, proudly represented the Zamboanga Peninsula at the 2025 Productivity Olympics’ selection of national winners, held on August 27, 2025 at Kingsford Hotel, Parañaque City. 

The 2025 Productivity Olympics, a biennial competition of best practices among MSMEs, has entered its final phase before the grand awarding. From an initial 156 regional winners, the competition was narrowed down to 82 national nominees, and later to the top 30 MSMEs that faced the National Judging Panel. 

Carrying the banner for Region IX, Ms. Formilleza-Omaga,  Vintazk’s Chief Executive Officer, showcased the company’s best practices in business excellence and employee empowerment. She was joined by Chief Operations Officer Mr. Jason Galleto and HR Officer Mr. Arnel Cantar, with the full support of RTWPB-IX Board Secretary VI Mr. Joel M. Ijirani, who accompanied the team during the judging. 

Competing under the micro-service category, Vintazk has consistently stood out since its founding in 2019 as Zamboanga City’s first and only contact center. The company has earned recognition for integrating artificial intelligence and innovative practices into its operations while nurturing a culture of excellence, employee well-being, workplace equality, and inclusivity. 

The national winners of the 2025 Productivity Olympics will be announced during the awarding ceremony on October 1, 2025. (Brenda M. Quintas)
