b/ Grants the following daily wage increases:

  • ₱37 per day basic wage increase for non-agriculture employing 10 or more employees upon effectivity;
  • ₱45 per day basic wage increase for non-agriculture employing less than 10 employees upon effectivity; and
  • ₱45 per day basic wage increase for agriculture sector upon effectivity.
