    b/ Grants the following daily wage increases:

    • ₱37 per day basic wage increase for non-agriculture/industrial/commercial employing more than 10 workers upon effectivity;
    • ₱40 per day basic wage increase for non-agriculture/industrial/commercial employing 10 workers or less upon effectivity; and
    • ₱40 per day basic wage increase for agriculture upon effectivity
